The typical timeframe to build a new site is 6-8 weeks. Please be prepared to be available to answer questions, send documents, etc. during this time to expedite the completion of your project.
Custom-designed websites differ greatly between clients, businesses, and goals. Because of that, prices among projects can vary. With that being said, our website packages start at around $2000. Some items that can influence your cost can include additional tools needed to meet your goals, such as scheduling tools, e-commerce platforms, content strategy, copywriting, and more. When we discuss your project proposal, we cover all tools that will be needed as well as the costs associated with those tools.
Keep in mind, there will also be ongoing costs that you will be responsible for that are not part of your website build. Those costs can include domain renewals, hosting costs, premium plugin renewals, etc. We will be sure to let you know what costs you can expect on an ongoing basis from the various companies that offer those services, however, we are not responsible for their pricing or technical support.

WordPress is open source content management software and currently powers around 25% of all websites on the Internet. The project is contributed to by tens of thousands of developers all over the world and is growing from strength to strength. WordPress allows us to develop flexible and customizable websites to modern standards and observes web development best practices. Furthermore, the community of web developers that use WordPress reaches far and wide and allows us to tap into this collective intelligence and bring that wealth of experience to your project.
Your website needs to be hosted by a hosting company that specializes in WordPress hosting. If your subscribe to one of our Website Care plans, your website will be hosted on Siteground. If you choose to use your own hosting, or wish to maintain the hosting provider you currently use if this is a rebuild, we can make recommendations.
While we like to be flexible and responsive to your needs, we also like to deliver what we promise within the time frames and budgets we have allowed. If you ask us to add new features to your website while we are building it, we will most likely ask why. If we all agree that your new request will help us achieve our objectives, and we can incorporate the request without extending the project timeline, then we will be more than happy to accommodate you. If your new feature is something you would like to add to your website but is not directly tied to your original objectives, then we will suggest to schedule it for a second iteration of the website once it has been launched. This will require a new proposal and contract.
Once your website is launched, we allow revisions for 7 days. Revisions include changes to existing content and not adding new content that was not discussed in the project. For example, you notice a name misspelling or you decide you want a different color on an element. Revisions do not include adding new content that was already not on the website. If you require more extensive changes, we are happy to discuss a new, separate discounted project.
we will provide 30 - 90 days of support to make sure any bugs have been ironed out and that you are confident using your new website. The amount of support provided depends on your services. After this we encourage you to join one of our ongoing WebCare Plans. These plans ensure your website is in the very best of hands, being updated regularly, optimized, and cared for so it performs at its best. Our WebCare Plans include updating your software, regular backups, security checks, making sure your website is online and a priceless peace of mind.

Once you're signed on as a client, I provide exact details on what I will need from you to complete your project, but as a general rule, you should be prepared with:
your logo in a web-ready format (PNG, WEBP, EPS, or high-resolution JPEG file types are ideal)
other images you would like on your website
login info for your domain and hosting (if you already have these in place)
any brand or style guides, including hex numbers for brand colors
any special graphics (SVGs) you would like used
any premium or special fonts (make sure you have proper licensing)
written content if you are not planning to utilize our copywriting service
Some clients prefer to handle all updating and maintenance of their website. If that sounds like you, we will provide a high-level overview of how to update your site.
