We offer three levels of hourly rates. Subscribers of our WebCare plans enjoy discounted pricing.

Available to anyone looking to hire The Pier Collective for one-off support and those who are not subscribed to any of our WebCare plans. We typically respond to requests within 5-7 business days.

If you are a subscriber to our Standard WebCare Plan, you enjoy priority support and will receive a response in 3-5 business days.

Subscribers to our Premium WebCare Plan enjoy one complimentary hour of support per month that can be used for minor changes or additions/deletions to your website, or to consult with us about your business.

After that, you enjoy our Premium level support for requests at the reduced rate below and will receive a response in 1-2 business days.

Available to our Elite subscribers, clients on this plan enjoy 3 hours of complimentary support each month to request changes, updates, additions, etc.

If you subscribe to our Elite WebCare Plan and need support in excess of your complimentary time, you will enjoy our reduced rate below and will receive a response in 24 hours.
